I really love the unique designs—everything feels so and different from what I usually see. i kind of regret not ordering more pieces when I had the chance...

I reached out with a question about my order and expected to hear back sooner. It ended up taking a couple of days, and during that time I kept checking my email and wondering what was going on. I get that things can get busy, but an apology or even a quick note saying they’d get back to me would’ve gone a long way.
When they did finally respond, they were polite and helped me with what I needed, so I do appreciate that. Still, given the price, I was expecting better communication and a faster response overall.

I had a smooth experience overall and the items are really pretty. The quality feels good too, but some of the prices do seem a bit high for what you get.

I’ve been wearing this necklace a bunch already, and I can’t say I don’t love it. It feels nice and solid, and the tiny details are really clean in person. Haven’t had no problems with it so far, and it still looks perfect.

I ordered from jacquieaiche.com, and the item did show up in good condition, which I appreciated, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would. The tracking was also kind of slow to update, so I wasn’t always sure where the package was. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average, especially for the price.
